This is the program organised by Melaka Industrial Skills Development Centre.
The objective of the program are :
- To reduce the gap between fresh graduate students and actual industrial practices.
- To provide enhance knowledge for students in order for them to gain extra knowledge
This program consist of 4 months training and 3 months practical. The key subjects are :
- Sales Management
- Marketing Management
- Operation Management
- IT Management
- Financial Management
- OSH Management
- Logistics Management
- English
The special thing about this program is that all the trainer are from experience industrial practitioners and will provide students with lots of knowledge about the industry. We will minimise the theoritical portion and maximise the industrial experience. Students will not only able to study and also to experience the "FUN" part of this program.
Besides, students are also able to enjoy RM 500 monthly elaun from this program.
